What to do if you are underpaid, overworked or just bored with your job
First – I would carefully check the salary BEFORE taking the job.
And I mean not the “simulation of the salary – with all the add-ons, extras, comissions etc.” but the basis (that is to be paid for sure every month).
If I would think I’m underpaid while already working (when for example employer’s expectations are higher than indicated before, and the job is harder than the one I agreed to do) – I would negotiate for a better salary, or change the job.
… however if nobody would pay me “satisfactionary” salary – maybe something is wrong with my expectations
Work is our first requirement in realizing our dream for a better life, no good job no quality life. If this argument is right, then, once the mismatch in people’s thought showing up between the expection and reality, the reasonable way out, is?
