Introduction to Traditional Chinese Kung Fu, Shaolin Kung Fu, Taiji Quan, Qigong and offers Chinese Kung Fu Tours and Training Courses.
Chinese Shao-Lin Kung Fu (Shaolin Gung Fu) – a 1500 year old art developed by the Shaolin monks at the Honan Temple for health, meditation, physical conditioning and self-defense.
The curriculum encompasses External Arts; empty hand, animal and classical weapon styles.
Internal Arts include; T’ai Chi Chuan (Chinese Yoga), Pa Kua Chang, breathing and meditation.
A meeting place for all interested in Martial Arts, Qigong, Health and Wellness
Chinese Shao-Lin Center teaches Chinese Shao-Lin Kung Fu for health, mental and physical conditioning and self-defense.
