A famous American scholar Fericiao Kapura pointed out in one of his famous articles “Turning Point” that: “Oriental philosophy and religious tradition always trend to look the spirit and body as a united one, so it is quite common that the orient developed a number of solutions for thought from body.”

We can observe the body movement from physical and mental aspects: higher intensity level; lower level of consciousness; lower intensity level, higher level of consciousness, those two factors are in inverse proportion.
