Tai Chi Movement Concept and Essentials. Analyzing Tai Chi sports and its Quan theory developed, up to now, Tai Chi Movement Concept includes six factors: The principle of preserving health with movement, the principle of leading the inside to outside, the principle of acclimating Yin and Yang, the principle of inverse movement, the principle of neutrality and self-discipline and the principle of harmonious dealing with outside.
