It looks like you had put in a 3rd reboot request just as I was getting to this ticket, that reboot seems to have worked. I am now able to login to SSH and Plesk is again up and running. You may want to take this opportunity to review the server logs and determine how it went down in the first place. Please let us know if you have any trouble accessing the server again, we offer 24×7 phone and chat support for servers and will make unresponsive or down servers a top priority. Chat can be found within the Hosting Control Center for the server, you will see a “Chat Now!” text link and small icon in the top right corner of the page.

Thank you for contacting Godaddy Hosting Support. I had very recently emailed you in regards to your server being back up. It looks like you did take advantage of our chat option and someone else was working on the server just prior to me getting that first ticket. I do have some new information that I wanted to share regarding the investigation that was prompted by your chat. It would appear that the server was prompting for an fsck check (a hard disk check) and that is why it never fully booted, our team walked through the process of allowing fsck to check the disk and that completed without any errors. This information may not have appeared in your logs so I wanted to make sure you had this as well.
