Terms & Conditions

Booking requirements: Tickets must be booked at least 7 days in advance of travel for domestic travel, but no later than 11:59pm CT on January 29, 2010. Sample fares shown are based on required roundtrip booking for economy class travel on American Airlines or American Eagle.

Travel days/dates: Fares shown are valid for travel to ski destinations Sunday through Wednesday and from ski destinations Tuesday through Friday; other days are subject to higher fares. Fares are valid for travel through February 24, 2010.

Blackout dates: Fares are not valid for travel to ski destinations February 10 – 13, 2010. Fares are not valid for travel from ski destinations February 15 – 21, 2010.

Min./max. stay: A 2-day stay is required, and a 30-day maximum stay is allowed.

*Additional taxes/fees: Fares displayed do not include: a September 11 Security Fee of $2.50 per flight segment; Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, depending upon the itinerary chosen; any checked baggage fees charged by the airline; a Travel Facilities Tax of $8.10 each way for flights to/from Alaska or Hawaii; government taxes and fees of up to $200 (varies by destination and/or currency exchange rates at the time of purchase) for international and Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands destinations; and a Federal Domestic Flight Segment Fee of $3.70 per flight segment. A flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing.

Refunds/itinerary changes/cancellations: Itinerary changes, if permitted for the fare, will have a $30 service fee charged by Orbitz. Additional charges by the airline may apply.

Other conditions: Advertised fares are valid only on American Airlines, American Eagle, and AmericanConnection and do not apply to other codeshare flights.
