Adding IP addresses on server using Plesk Control Panel

New IP addresses assigned cannot be reread or added into Plesk control penel on your Windows Servers Hosting or Linux Dedicated Servers. You will need to make Plesk to Update IP pool and need to re-read Ip for your server.
Trouble Ticket Abstract Details: Dear Godaddy, the two new IPs assigned cannot be reread or added into Plesk. When I tried to reread or added them into Plesk, it happened nothing. There is no reactions to my operations. Please troubleshoot this issue and check what has gone wrong. Thank you.
Thank you for contacting Godaddy Server Support. We apologize for any inconvenience. As a courtesy, we have added the other 2 IP’s for your server to Plesk with a submet of 255.255.255.0. Please remember when adding an IP you must specify the IP and the subnet. This is an example : 1.2.3.4/24 which translates to 1.2.3.4 with a subnet of 255.255.255.0. Godaddy Server Support
IP Address Lookup: For some reason you need to add new dedicated IP for your server, You may want this new IP for some particular domain, you need to follow following process.
Once you ordered and have got your dedicated IP details you need to add them to your server using your control panel Plesk. Login to your control panel, get into Server >> IP Address >> Add New IP Address.
So you have added new IP to your server, in some case you they may not be visible in your control panel, you will need to make Plesk to Update IP pool and need to re-read Ip. You will get an Icon for re-reading IP as ” Reread IP ” under Server >> IP Address >> reread IP
Thus you have added new IP to your server successfully.
